Looking to replace an old mailbox/post? Or install a new one on your lot? The WEPOA does not make recommendations for service providers, but we welcome members who want to do so. Kathie Schwend from TWE highly recommends Justin Gourley (540-238-8298)! From Kathie’s FaceBook post in The Water’s Edge Country Club Members on March 6, 2021:

‘We just had our mailbox replaced by Justin Gourley. He built it to specifications for both the deed restrictions, the Post Office and us. We now have a mailbox that is large enough for packages saving our postal carrier time of getting in and out of her car. It is also the right height for those taller mail vehicles. Looks so sharp and well constructed. Justin built it, painted it, took out our old mailbox, installed the new one and added our street numbers for a reasonable price. I highly recommend him.
